Centro de la Familia seeks a motivated Center Aide to support early childhood education under the guidance of our Education Specialist. This entry-level role may involve assignments across classrooms, playground safety, and activities that foster health, safety, and school readiness for children aged 0-5.

You may also help with transportation, kitchen operations, family services, and development activities, with a strong emphasis on bilingual communication (Spanish/English) and respectful,

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; enthusiasm to work with children is essential.
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills are a plus.
• CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler permits may be required within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the classroom and assist teachers.
• Help maintain a safe playground and adhere to health policies.
• Support health, safety, and school readiness of young learners for ages 0-5.
• May assist with transportation, kitchen operations, family services, and developmental activities.

Skills

Enthusiasm for working with children

Bilingual Spanish/English (plus)

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

CDA within six months

AA in Early Childhood Education or related field advantageous
