Child Development Schools North Carolina LLC in Clayton, North Carolina is hiring a Bus Driver to provide safe transportation for students to and from school and activities. You will support classrooms alongside the Lead Teacher, fostering curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth through hands-on activities and daily interactions.

You will be a trusted partner to families and a positive role model in a collaborative teaching team dedicated to high-quality early childhood education.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Genuine care for children and commitment to safety.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with families.
• Physical ability to meet demands of working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements.
• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for Before and After School programs.
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time.
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher.
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication.
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports.
