Job summary

Child Development Schools in Clayton, NC is seeking a Bus Driver to transport students safely to and from school and activities. You will work with our teaching team to support young learners in a nurturing environment.

You will engage with families, maintain a safe bus environment, and help with daily reports. Full-time roles include medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), holidays, PTO, tuition discounts, and tuition reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Provide on time, safe and reliable transportation for our Before and After School programs
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
• Maintain a safe Bus environment
