We are seeking a committed professional to fill a full-time Early Intervention Supervisor position supporting our mission and services. This role plays a vital part in delivering quality outcomes and serving our community.
The Early Intervention (EI) Service Coordinator Supervisor provides day-to-day supervision, coaching, and quality assurance for Early Intervention Service Coordinators under Virginias Infant & Toddler Connection (ITC) requirements and Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This position ensures the delivery of high quality, family-centered service coordination and developmental services for infants and toddlers (birth to age three) with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. The EI Service Coordination Supervisor monitors and supports program staff to ensure their fulfillment of State-Mandated Service Coordination responsibilities, provides evidence-based practice as a developmental professional providing individualized consumer services, and ensures full compliance with Early Intervention rules, agency policies, and procedures.
