Job summary

Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers from birth to age three in home and community settings. The role focuses on communication, feeding, swallowing, and overall development, with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach.

The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a $40.00–$43.00 hourly pay range, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus (terms apply).

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group speech and language therapy based on each child’s IFSP.
• Evaluate and address communication, feeding, and swallowing needs.
• Provide services in family-focused home and community settings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Educate and coach parents, caregivers, and team members on speech, language, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with professionals in areas such as social work, cognition, and motor development to support the whole child.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with licensure, billing, agency, and Early Intervention requirements.
• Participate in toddler groups and other program activities as assigned.
• Provide consultation, orientation, or support to other speech/language team members as needed.
• Maintain professional knowledge and licensure through continuing education and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold the dignity and rights of children and families.
