Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks an experienced professional to provide child development evaluations and to determine goals and plans of treatment for behaviorally disordered toddlers, including those with or suspected of ASD.

The role involves communicating with families, developing home and community behavior management programs, and maintaining thorough records of progress and outcomes. A driver’s license may be required and Crisis Management Certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of direct care experience with ages birth to 5 implementing behavioral intervention programs.
• Experience conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to educate families and provide literature aligned to developmental level and cultural needs.
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques for home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assess intervention effectiveness.
• Communicate with families to provide education and resources.
• Develop and implement home and community behavior management plans.
• Maintain records of program effectiveness and client progress.
• Complete evaluations, reports and documentation in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members and support staff as needed.
