Job summary

Shema Kolainu-Hear Our Voices (SKHOV) is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Early Intervention team in Queens, NY. You will provide individualized speech therapy to children aged 0-3 with ASD in home-based settings and collaborate closely with families to support communication goals.

The role requires a Master's in SLP, NY licensure with CCC-SLP, and PER-DIEM scheduling with travel to client homes in Queens.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field is required.
New York State License and CCC-SLP certification required.
Ability to travel to client homes in Queens, NY and flexible scheduling (PER-DIEM).

Responsibilities

Provide speech therapy services to children aged 0-3 with ASD and related developmental disabilities in a home-based setting.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery.
Conduct assessments, screenings, and progress monitoring to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and progress.
Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
