Job summary

Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide home-based therapy for children ages 0–3 across New York City. The role focuses on supporting language, feeding, and social development in families’ natural environments and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a NYS SLP license, has experience with young children, and can travel to clients' homes across five boroughs. Bilingual clinicians are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current New York State SLP license required.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings.
• Conduct individualized therapy sessions based on each child's needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team.
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support communication and language development during daily routines.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork.
• Support communication, feeding, social interaction, and overall developmental language skills.
