Job summary

Little Masters Development Center LLC is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing Early Intervention team in New York City.

The role involves providing home-based speech and language therapy services to children aged 0–3 across NYC, partnering with families in their natural environments. Benefits include a 401(k) and flexible scheduling. The ideal candidate will have NY SLP licensure and EI experience.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
• Experience working with young children preferred.
• Early Intervention experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual providers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to children enrolled in the Early Intervention Program in their homes and community settings.
• Conduct individualized therapy sessions based on each child's needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's multidisciplinary team.
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies to support communication and language development during daily routines.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and required Early Intervention paperwork.
• Support communication, feeding, social interaction, and overall developmental language skills.
