TheraCare seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings in Brooklyn. The SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language delays, create individualized plans, and coach families to support carryover and communication development.

Applicants must hold a NYS license, CCC-SLP or CFY status, a master's in Speech-Language Pathology, and at least one year of pediatric experience.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP or CFY status with supervision available.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• At least one year of pediatric experience.
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech-language therapy to children ages 0–3 in home and community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IFSP goals.
• Educate and coach families to support carryover and development.
• Document sessions and progress according to NYC EI guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
