Goodwill Gulf Coast is seeking a Service Coordinator / Special Instructor (conditional) to support families of children ages 0-3 with disabilities. This role involves intake, eligibility assessments, IFSP coordination, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure timely, quality services.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in early childhood/special education or related field and at least two years of experience with young children, with strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood/special education or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience with young children.
• Two years experience in social work or human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts assessments and eligibility determinations for Part C using approved tools.
• Maintains records and ensures program compliance.
• Coordinates IFSP meetings and family trainings.
• Collaborates with educational, medical and rehabilitation staff for service delivery.
• Provides parent education and maintains timely documentation.
