Job summary

IdahoPTV's Infant Toddler Program in Twin Falls seeks a Service Coordinator to provide case management for families with children birth to three requiring early intervention services.

The role combines office work and field visits in homes, daycares, and community settings, with strong emphasis on reliability, communication, and multi-task coordination.

Applicants should be able to work autonomously and as part of a team; a valid driver's license and pre-employment checks are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to families of children birth to three in need of early intervention services.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to evaluate eligibility and write IFSPs.
