Job summary

ServiceNet Inc. is seeking an Early Intervention Physical Therapist to join the REACH program, serving infants and toddlers with developmental delays across home, child-care centers, and community locations.

The role emphasizes educating families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support developmental progress. The position requires state licensure, CPR/First Aid certification, and willingness to travel, with a potential for productivity incentives.

Qualifications

• State and national licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Current certification in infant/adult CPR and First Aid.
• Compliance with all DPH health standards, including background screening.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• At least 1 year of experience working with young children.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat infants and toddlers with developmental delays and medical conditions affecting gross motor skills.
• Deliver Physical Therapy services in home settings, child-care centers, and community locations.
• Educate parents/guardians and team members on physical therapy interventions and advocacy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative records in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Coordinate services with service coordinators, team leaders, and other providers.
