Job summary

Criterion Child Enrichment seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to provide pediatric home-based services and family coaching across the catchment area. The role emphasizes infant-toddler development, interdisciplinary collaboration, and community integration.

The candidate should hold MA licensure and have strong communication, tech skills, and a willingness to work across settings, including care providers and schools as needed.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
• Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of all areas of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize a parent coaching model in work with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits as a member of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services for families including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination to assigned caseload including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.

Job Description
