Occupational Therapist – Early Intervention
Join our Early Childhood Services in Cambridge / Somerville as an Occupational Therapist in our Early Intervention program. Our interdisciplinary team supports families with children 0‑3 years who have or are at risk for developmental delays or disorders with a dyadic relationship‑based approach. We practice cultural humility as we develop relationships with families and grow in our understanding of their values, beliefs, priorities, routines, sources of stress, goals and intervention needs. Our overarching goal is to strengthen the mutual enjoyment of daily activities and interactions between children and their caregivers while addressing specific delays and challenges.
The OT focuses on motor, feeding and sensory integration aspects of the child’s treatment plan, providing direct work with children as needed while supporting parent coaching, education, and support. Responsibilities include participating in weekly interdisciplinary team meetings, monthly discipline‑specific meetings, staff meetings, and weekly reflective supervision. The OT collaborates with the team to develop and implement treatment plans that address all domains of development.
Full Time, 40 hours. Pay Range: $64,613.12 to $78,611.73, depending on years of experience.
