TheraCare in the Bronx, NY seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in home and community settings. You’ll assess gross motor delays and implement individualized treatment plans to support development and family engagement.

• Current NYS license and registration as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience in pediatrics or early childhood preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct evaluations and provide physical therapy to children ages 0–3.
• Develop and implement IFSP-aligned treatment plans.
• Educate families on home activities to promote progress.
• Document services and maintain timely records per NYC EI standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IFSP meetings.
