Job summary

Qualifications

• Current NYS license and registration as a Physical Therapist.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience in pediatrics or early childhood preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide physical therapy to children ages 0–3.
• Develop and implement IFSP-aligned treatment plans.
• Educate families on home activities to promote progress.
• Document services and maintain timely records per NYC EI standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IFSP meetings.
