Job summary

The Arc Alliance in Montgomery County, PA is seeking a Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) for a contract role starting January 2027. This program supports transitioning from graduate school to independent practice within early intervention.

You will deliver diagnostic and therapeutic services, receive dedicated mentorship, and work toward licensure and CCC-SLP certification while meeting state EI requirements in a flexible, community-based setting.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
  • Eligible for provisional/temporary state license prior to start date.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and diverse clinical modalities.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills.
  • Must complete the ASHA Clinical Fellowship (1,260 hours over 36 weeks).

Responsibilities

  • Provide caregiver coaching using a family-centered, routine-based approach.
  • Perform formal and informal developmental evaluations.
  • Deliver direct therapy services as appropriate.
  • Assess equipment needs and guide caregivers in use.
  • Complete session documentation and billing per EI requirements.
  • Maintain required direct service levels.
  • Participate in team meetings and collaborate with staff and county partners.
  • Complete 24 hours of state EI training annually.

Join The Arc Alliance Children's Services Early Intervention Program and help empower families during the most critical years of child development.

We are seeking a motivated, collaborative, and compassionate Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP) to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to transition from graduate school to independent practice. You will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services while receiving dedicated, high-quality mentorship. Your fellowship will satisfy all ASHA and state regulatory requirements to help you achieve your full state license as well as national certification CCC-SLP.
