Job summary

GOLDSTAR REHABILITATION INC. in the Philadelphia area is seeking a CF-SLP to join our Early Intervention team. This role offers mentorship, strong supervision, and meaningful impact for children birth-5 and their families.

Ideal for a new graduate seeking hands-on experience and supportive growth within a collaborative team. You will provide family-centered therapy in natural environments, participate in IFSP/IEP meetings, and gain confidence through structured mentorship and documentation

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• PA provisional license eligibility or PA license
• Strong communication and collaboration with families

Responsibilities

• Provide Early Intervention services for children birth-5
• Deliver family-centered therapy in natural environments
• Partner with caregivers to support development in everyday routines
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Develop and update individualized goals
• Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines
• Participate in IFSP and IEP meetings and team consultations as needed
• Grow your clinical skills through ongoing mentorship and training

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Eligible for or holding PA provisional license
