Job summary

Wellnest is seeking a Case Manager for our Early Intervention Day Treatment Program, serving children aged 2.5–5 and their families. You will deliver behavioral interventions, parenting workshops, and comprehensive case management in a therapeutic milieu.

The role requires a BA/BS in psychology or related field, experience in behavioral health with children, valid CA driver’s license, and background clearances. Bilingual Spanish is highly desirable and cross-agency collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, child development or related field.
• Experience working with children in behavioral health or mental health required.
• CA driver license and insurable driving record.
• Fingerprint clearance and TB clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize relationship-based interventions in a therapeutic milieu-based program.
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing behavioral interventions and case management.
• Provide parenting workshops to educate on child development topics.
• Perform needs assessments to determine targeted case management plans.
• Facilitate attachment and support children’s development with families in home, school, community, or onsite.
