Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 60 hours college credit or demonstrated ability in reading, writing and math.
• One year experience as instructional assistant preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and public relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides small group instruction.
• Communicates with school personnel and parents regarding reading/maths progress.
• Differentiates instruction based on assessment data.
• Participates in team reviews of student progress.
• Shares student data with teachers and admin.
• Provides pre/post assessment data.
