Job summary

Sevita is seeking an Early Intervention Assistant in Massachusetts to support group programming for children in Early Intervention services. You will assist with activities, help implement IFSP outcomes, and maintain a safe, engaging group environment alongside experienced staff.

The role involves hands-on support, preparation and cleanup, and collaboration with group leaders to ensure developmental goals are met. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with overtime eligibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of experience working with young children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Co-facilitate group activities and model skills for children.
• Support group leaders with developmentally appropriate activities.
• Assist in managing behavior to maintain a safe, structured group environment.
• Provide one-on-one support to children during activities and transitions.
• Build positive relationships with toddlers and caregivers.
