Qualifications

• Must meet Michigan licensing standards for lead caregiver and Head Start requirements.
• Must have Child Development Associate Credential (Infant & Toddler focus) and 480 hours of childcare experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification required.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities using the designated curriculum to support each child’s development.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary classroom and outdoor environment.
• Implement effective classroom management and transitions.
• Collaborate with Co-Teacher to plan goals and track progress.
• Engage families and participate in partnerships to support child outcomes.
