Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge is seeking a dedicated Early Head Start educator in Alabama. The role requires completing an Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months, maintaining First Aid/CPR, and preferably bilingual Spanish speakers who can collaborate with families and staff to deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences for infants and toddlers.

The position emphasizes teamwork, confidentiality, and ongoing professional development, including participation in family engagement

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and complete Infant/Toddler CDA within 6 months.
• Obtain and maintain First Aid and CPR certifications.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience in the Early Head Start classroom setting.
• Prefer bilingual (Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Attend required training, including online trainings, workshops, and staff meetings.
• Collaborate with parents and education staff to implement meaningful curriculum.
• Maintain confidentiality per FERPA & HIPAA and policy guidelines.
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate Frog Street Infants & Toddlers curriculum.
