Job summary

Childrens Home Society of Florida (CHS) is seeking an Early Head Start Home Visitor in Kissimmee, FL. You will help infants and toddlers and their families through education, encouragement, and meaningful relationships in the home setting.

You will partner with families to promote healthy development, strengthen parent-child bonds, and support children birth through age three to be school-ready. This role emphasizes respectful engagement, documentation, and community connections.

Qualifications

• Date-qualified with one of the listed credentials or higher in Early Childhood education.
• Ability to work with families from birth to age five and support development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly home visits using the Early Head Start curriculum.
• Facilitate learning experiences promoting school readiness and development.
• Partner with families to set goals and develop family partnership agreements.
• Conduct developmental screenings and assessments.
• Support infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities and dual-language learners.
• Provide parent education, coaching, and resources to strengthen family success.
