Qualifications

• Three to five years of supervisory experience managing high-level professionals who work independently.
• Three years’ experience working with children and families in an early childhood setting.
• Valid Washington State Driver’s License and daily access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide Home Visitors with training, modeling, and coaching to ensure the delivery of responsive services.
• Observe, evaluate, and provide feedback on Home Visitors’ skills.
• Monitor and support Home Visitors in maintaining accurate records and data entry.
