Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• First Aid/CPR Certification within 30 days of employment.
• Food Handler’s permit, TB Test, and Health Clearance within 10 days of employment.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license; Tribes’ Vehicle Insurance eligibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide wrap-around services for children 0–4, covering feeding, play, and motor skills development.
• Interpret and implement curriculum and education plans; assess child outcomes and individualize plans.
• Engage with families, support parent involvement, and coordinate schedules for activities and screenings.
