Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is essential.
Three plus years of administrative experience in an education setting with supervisory experience is required.
Experience in Human Resources management and operations is necessary.
Knowledge of Texas Licensing Minimum Standards is favorable.
Experience with CACFP guidelines is preferred.
Responsibilities
Implement and supervise all aspects of the Early Head Start Program.
Collaborate with the EHS Director and staff to ensure compliance with standards.
Supervise and evaluate center staff.
Plan and monitor goals, objectives, and expected outcomes.
Lead parent engagement activities.
