Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is hiring teachers in the Richmond, VA area for full-time positions in Kindergarten Prep programs. You will create hands-on activities, communicate with parents about daily milestones, and maintain a safe, clean classroom while following Bright Horizons’ guidelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates must pass state and company background checks.
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field required.
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) required.

Responsabilités

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group where teaching coverage is needed across a center or nearby locations.
