Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Child Care Teacher to join our team in promoting growth and learning in a Bright Horizons Child Care Center. This role offers full-time positions and opportunities to pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost.

You will create hands-on activities, maintain parent communication, and ensure a safe, clean classroom following Bright Horizons policies and guidelines. A background check is required, with education and experience matching state and company standards.

Qualifications

• Must pass required state and company background checks.
• At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• 9 college credits in Early Childhood Education and a plan leading to an Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education is strongly preferred.
• At least two years of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool.

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children.
