The Islamic Cultural Center School (ICC School) invites applications for the position of Early

Education Teacher.

As an Early Education Teacher, you will:

• Shape a vibrant early childhood program that integrates Islamic values with progressive,

child-centered learning

• Cultivate a nurturing environment where children feel seen, valued, and supported

• Mentor and collaborate with a team of dedicated educators committed to deep learning

and spiritual development

• Partner closely with families to foster a strong home-school connection grounded in

mutual respect and shared faith

We are looking for:

• A visionary educator with a deep commitment to serving young learners and their

families

• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a

related field (required)

• Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (strongly preferred)

• New York State certification as a School Administrator and Supervisor (SAS), School

Building Leader (SBL), or School District Leader (SDL) (strongly preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the United States supervising staff in a childcare

or educational setting serving children ages 3 to 5

• Grounded in Islamic principles and passionate about holistic, inquiry-based education

• A reflective, collaborative team member with excellent communication and

organizational skills
