Job summary
Little Hands Daycare is seeking an energetic Education Specialist to join our licensed childcare team. This full-time role focuses on program development, staff support, and hands-on early childhood education for our young learners.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in early childhood education or 21 ECE credits with business administration course and lead-teacher experience required.
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility as a Lead Teacher preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Program development and teacher interaction support.
- Assist Center Director with special projects and classroom environments.
- Plan lessons and integrate developmental objectives into activities.
- Conduct classroom observations and ensure safety, including ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
