Responsibilities

• Supervise curriculum, instruction, and assessment in the center.
• Manage daily operations for a safe, efficient learning environment.
• Coordinate supply management, student records, program finances, and maintenance.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff, and the public.
• Ensure staff have and implement student IEPs; supervise related staff.
• Plan staff development to enhance program quality.
• Use data to set program goals and improve service delivery.
