Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in a center-based setting.

This full-time role involves hands-on activities, communication with parents, and ensuring a safe, clean classroom. You will participate in mandated reporting, help cover classrooms as needed, and may pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost through Horizons.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
• CDA, Associate, or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of children.
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing daily milestones.
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following procedures and guidelines.
• Fulfill mandated reporter requirements and report suspected child abuse or neglect.
• Provide support in any classroom or age group as needed across the center.
