Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Teacher with school curriculum
• Oversee outdoor activities ensuring a safe environment for the children
• Assist with rest time setup and supervision
• Prepare materials for daily classroom activities
• Cover for teacher lunches and breaks
• Provide care during lunchtime and rest time
• Aftercare coverage if needed
• Respect and support individual children’s needs
• Sit on floor, kneel or crouch to assist children
• Participate in training programs and professional growth
