Job summary

Qualifications

• High School/GED and 6 months of custodial experience required.
• Knowledge of maintenance, inventory and purchasing supplies.
• Driving required with valid license and acceptable MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop a routine maintenance schedule with the Center Service Manager.
• Replenish tissue and paper towel dispensers throughout the center.
• Complete daily sanitation of all center toilets.
• Empty and sanitize center trash containers per licensing requirements.
• Clean windows, doors, floors; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain outside grounds and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Submit supply lists and communicate facility concerns to management.
