Options for Southern Oregon seeks an Early Childhood Therapist to provide screenings, assessments, and therapy for preschool and older children along with caregivers. The role involves collaboration with Head Start, adherence to EHR documentation, and delivering evidence-based practices.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral science and may require Oregon licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC) or MHACBO registration; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a behavioral science.
• Eligible for QMHP registration with MHACBO or licensed in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or psychologist).
• Experience with PCIT or pediatric therapy is a plus.
• Ability to work under supervision and use EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide screenings, assessments, and treatment planning for children and families.
• Deliver individual and family therapy with caregivers.
• Collaborate with Head Start and other partners and provide guidance on child mental health needs.
• Maintain timely documentation of services in the EHR.
• Meet driving requirements and pass background checks.
