OHSU in Portland, OR seeks a Clinical Social Worker to join the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry team. The role focuses on building PCIT and Play therapy services for young children and families, with a dedicated PCIT room and coaching equipment.

The successful candidate will have an MSW, CSWA or LCSW, 3+ years PCIT delivery, and 5+ years’ experience in pediatric mental health. This is a regular, full-time, in-person position with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Master of Social Work (MSW) is required.
• Certificate of Clinical Social Work Associate (CSWA) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required for clinical social work.
• 5+ years of professional experience diagnosing, treating and advocating for children and families with mental illness.
• Certified by PCIT International with 3+ years experience delivering PCIT services.

Responsabilités

• Support the psychosocial needs of children and families in the Child & Adolescent Psychiatry clinic.
• Practice trauma-informed care principles to ensure safety, trust and collaboration.
• Work 3–4 half days weekly in the general child psychiatry clinic alongside psychiatrists and learners.
