Cadence Education is seeking a Teacher to support daily classroom operations under the direction of the School Director and Lead Teacher. You will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports children’s development and adheres to licensing requirements.

Responsibilities include assisting in curriculum delivery, building positive relationships with children and families, and contributing to a supportive team culture in a growing network of early childhood programs.

Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures consistently, including allergy and sleep safety.
• Work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
• Read, write, and speak English effectively.

Responsabilités

• Support a positive, inclusive classroom environment with dignity and care.
• Greet children and families daily and foster welcoming relationships.
• Assist with developmentally appropriate curriculum and Cadence Signature Programs.
• Communicate professionally with families, coworkers, and leadership using Cadence tools.
• Follow Cadence Safety and Supervision policies and document incidents as required.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and PD, possibly outside core hours.
