Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is looking for a dedicated Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing space, and partner with families to ensure exceptional care and learning for each child.

As part of a supportive team, you’ll contribute to enrollment and accreditation goals while engaging with center staff, licensing authorities, and corporate partners to deliver high-quality experiences for children and families.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
