Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to support early childhood education across our centers. You’ll implement our curriculum in a way that respects each child’s unique needs and create a safe, nurturing environment where kids can explore and grow.

You will partner with parents to share progress and work toward the best care and education for their children, while collaborating with center staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals and maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift and engage with children.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support children's education.
• Support center success by working with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.
