Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum in a way that aligns with each child’s needs, creating a safe and nurturing space for their growth and learning.

You will also partner with parents to share progress and collaborate on development, while supporting center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement in a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills required to support families and children.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support child development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
