Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are required.
• Ability to organize tasks and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to meet state-specific qualifications for the role.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Strong spoken and written English for parent communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that suits each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn through play.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals with center staff.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, licensing authorities, and partners.
