You will partner with families and center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals while engaging with licensing authorities and community partners.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to support their children's education.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
