Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Teacher to deliver engaging early childhood education and implement our curriculum in classrooms that support each child’s growth. You’ll foster a safe, nurturing environment where kids can explore, learn, and form confident relationships with peers and adults.

You’ll partner with families, center staff, and leadership to meet enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals, while upholding high standards of care and safety across our programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain state-specific qualifications.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Able to communicate in English with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to support best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
