Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication with families.
• Ability to multitask in a busy classroom environment.
• Proficiency in English for daily interactions with children and parents.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 pounds and be active with kids.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in alignment with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing classroom where children can play and learn.
• Engage with parents to support children's learning and development.
• Support center success by aiding enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
