Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring for a Teacher to join our team in supporting early childhood education across our nationwide centers. You will implement our curriculum, create a nurturing classroom, and engage with families to deliver quality care and learning experiences.

As a teacher, you’ll collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment for children.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that respects the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support the center’s success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
