Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support early childhood education across our classrooms. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and partner with families to provide the best care.

You will work with center staff to drive enrollment, meet state requirements, and contribute to a caring community that helps children grow confident, curious learners every day.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Postures in low levels to maintain safety and engage with children.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
