Qualifications

• AA or BA in early childhood education or related field.
• 1 year of experience as a student intern, tutor, or instructional assistant with pre-elementary children preferred.
• Minimum of Infant/Toddler Development course units (3) preferred; permit pathway described if not held.
• Bilingual English, Spanish, Korean and/or Tagalog preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in facilitating and implementing activities to support children's development.
• Plan, assess, and develop responsive curriculum for individual children.
• Collaborate with co-teachers to stimulate learning and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete educational assessments and maintain accurate records.
