Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in ECE with relevant coursework.
• At least 1 year of work experience in early childhood settings.
• California CD A permit or CDA credential eligibility.
• Six months of field study or direct-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-based care during routines such as mealtime, toileting, hand washing and napping.
• Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Collaborate with the teaching team on daily lesson plans and assessments.
• Record ongoing observations and develop individual development plans.
• Prepare and conduct parent-teacher conferences per schedule.
• Support home visits for enrolled children and uphold safety standards.
