Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to support early childhood education across our centers. You will implement the curriculum, create a safe, nurturing environment, and engage with families to support children's development.

This role emphasizes collaboration with center staff, meeting licensing standards, and contributing to enrollment and community engagement. Minnesota classroom hour premium may apply.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff to meet enrollment and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, communities and partners.
